2013
John started Kenyon Lawn Property and Maintenance with his brother and father in 2013 with just a lawn mower and a pickup truck. The father-son team mainly worked on residential properties in Auburn, NH.
Slowly, Kenyon Lawn started branching out to cities like Manchester, Bedford, and more!
This caused John to expand the the team by hiring more family members and friends.
2016
After three years of working on residential properties, they started commercial accounts. Since then, the company hasn’t stopped growing.
With no advertising, John was shocked to see how fast his business was growing. With solely word of mouth, his business was being advertised by clients themselves. Now with commercial accounts, John knew he had to hire outside talent. John hired skilled laborists and maintenance technicians.
2018
After 5 years, Kenyon Lawn was up and running working on multiple projects daily.
Most of our employees have been with the company for 6 years. Their dedication and loyalty to Kenyon and their clients is shown through the work they complete everyday.

Kenyon Lawn prides themselves on hard work, dedication, and loyalty. We are proud to have an organization that is engaged by loyal individuals and well-established businesses in their perspective communities.
